Depending on the situation, we may offer repair or replacement options.
Repairs
If your pedal requires repair:

We’ll open a service case for your pedal.

You’ll receive instructions for shipping your unit to our shop.

Once received, we’ll inspect, repair, and fully test your pedal before returning it to you.
Advance Replacements (when applicable)
In some cases, we may ship a replacement pedal in advance and provide return instructions for the original unit.
International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

JET Pedals is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
