At JET Pedals, we stand behind what we build.

If you’re experiencing an issue with your pedal, please email support@jetpedals.com and our team will help you determine the best next step.

Depending on the situation, we may offer repair or replacement options.

Repairs

If your pedal requires repair:

  • We’ll open a service case for your pedal.

  • You’ll receive instructions for shipping your unit to our shop.

  • Once received, we’ll inspect, repair, and fully test your pedal before returning it to you.

Advance Replacements (when applicable)

In some cases, we may ship a replacement pedal in advance and provide return instructions for the original unit.

International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Please do not ship anything without contacting support first.

  • We recommend using trackable shipping and basic insurance for returns.

  • JET Pedals is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

We’re a small-batch builder, and we take pride in taking care of our players. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
