Returns
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you’d like to request a return, please email support@jetpedals.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
If your return is approved, JET Pedals will refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
After 30 days from delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The pedal must be in good condition (normal use is acceptable).

You must contact support@jetpedals.com to receive return instructions before shipping anything back.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@jetpedals.com so we can make it right.
JET Pedals reserves the right to issue partial refunds for items that are damaged, missing parts, or returned in significantly altered condition not caused by JET Pedals.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
If an item was purchased using a discount code or during a promotional sale, the refund will reflect the discounted purchase price.
Exchanges & Defective Products
If your product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please email support@jetpedals.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide repair or replacement instructions.
Do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
All returns must be authorized in advance by emailing support@jetpedals.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
For domestic returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective.
For international returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. JET Pedals is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
